The Creamery is located on the multi-generational Chaseholm Farm, just outside of Pine Plains, NY. The Creamery is one of only a handful of Farmstead outfits producing cow’s milk cheese from their farm’s own 100% grassfed herd in the state of New York.

Rock Steady Farm is a queer & trans led multiracial worker cooperative. We grow culturally meaningful foods, train Queer, Trans, Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (QTBIPOC) farmers, and catalyze structural and political change in the food system. We center QTBIPOC farmers in our work to build a liberatory future.
We offer a sliding scale CSA available for pickup on the farm in Millerton, Brooklyn (Crown Heights), and Manhattan (Chelsea).
