Because sheep produce milk only from spring to fall, the yogurt is very seasonal. This add-on runs for the first 21 weeks of CSA. Sheep's milk yogurt is mild, exceptionally creamy, and high in protein. It's also considered by many people to be more digestible than cow's yogurt. At Willow Pond, the yogurt is bottled in beautiful 15.5-oz. glass jars at their on-farm creamery, using milk from their pasture-raised flock. Nothing added, just milk and cultures.
