Persephone Market Garden is 100 acres of forest, wetland, meadows, including 1.5 acres of gardens, stewarded by Kristine, Thorsten, Oskar, Marilla and Frieda.
We grow 40+ types of vegetables, herbs, and flowers for our community and seeds for independent seed companies. We have been growing since 2010, no-till since 2019 and certified organic since 2023. Our farm also includes heritage breeds of geese, ducks and chickens, plus a small flock of sheep.
