Hawthorne Valley Farm has a 350–member CSA and supplies Organic and Biodynamic® produce to Columbia County and other local residents and to the New York City communities of Garden City, Inwood, Forest Hills and Riverdale. We also offer pick-ups at four NYC Greenmarkets: 82nd Street, Union Square, Dag Hammarskjöld and Columbia. Over 40 varieties of vegetables are grown on 16+ acres, and fruit shares from local farmers are also available. We also offer Hawthorne Valley bakery and dairy goods, our farm-grown meat and certified organic eggs as add-on shares. The CSA includes weekly delivery of produce for approximately 25 weeks. The rewards of CSA membership are great: learning to eat seasonally, cooking and preserving new and interesting vegetables, celebrating the growing season at special events on the farm, and coming to feel a sense of connection to Hawthorne Valley and other farms in the region!
