Join the Gunnison Gardens Egg CSA from Fall 2025 to June 2026. You'll receive a dozen fresh eggs each week from our local laying hens. Our layer chicks are hatched on Colorado’s Western Slope and brought to Gunnison as day-old hatchlings. Raised in fresh air and sunshine. We tend them by hand, and feed them nutritious non-GMO chick starter and Dayspring layer mix, along with broccoli leaves, cabbages, spinach, cucumbers, grasses, kitchen scraps, and all the bugs and worms they discover in our pastures and high tunnels. Our birds thrive at altitude on our farm in Gunnison, and their eggs are delicious and healthy for you and your family. CSA Details 1 dozen eggs per week Pickup Day: Choose Monday, Wednesday or Friday Pick up Time: 7:30 am (morning) - 9:00 pm (evening) Dates: Now through June 12th, 2026 Location: Sanctuary Studio on South Main Street in Gunnison Look for: Box with cooler on front porch Cost: $7.50/week, payable monthly or full season Note: Some weeks, you'll receive 18 smaller eggs instead of 12 large eggs, as our young hens lay smaller eggs
