This Steer is perfect for families!! The approximate LIVE weight is 800 - 1200 pounds but the weight can vary from 1000 lbs. up to 1500 lbs. This size steer will yield approximately 500 - 750 pounds of retail cuts. You only pay for the exact hanging weight. You are billed once the hanging weight is determined. Steaks (Ribeye, T-Bone, Sirloin, Round) Roasts (Round or Rump, Shoulder, Chuck) Ground Beef - approximately 50% of the hanging weight will be in ground beef. Stew Beef, Osso Bucco, Tri-Tip, Flank, Skirt, Short Ribs etc. You get to decide what cuts of beef you want! To Book Your Date you make your deposit payment, once the beef is on the rail the hanging weight is how the balance is calculated. The balance invoice is generated and sent to you for your payment. The balance must be paid upon receipt. Processing fees are not included. You directly pay the processor at the time of pick up. The processor charges you for aging, cutting and wrapping your beef according to your specifications. All packaging is done very professionally and is labeled with each cut of beef, your name and the date. The beef is vacuum sealed for freshness for up to one year.
