This is a living lettuce bundle that will come to you with it's roots. Please take it out of the plastic bag and put it in a mason jar or vase on your counter. Change the water every day or two and make sure it always has some to drink. Cut lettuce and enjoy anytime! (no refrigeration needed, please rinse roots occasionally)
