Soil health is very important to us and our goal is to produce nutrient-dense food using regenerative organic farming practices.
Our soil is alive and full of fungi, bacteria, nematodes, protozoa, anthropods, earthworms, ants, and more. We never use insecticides, herbicides, or fungicides. Wood chips and organic compost free from bio-solids or animal by-products are the main additions to our soil. We also apply certified organic soil microbes to ensure we maintain a balanced soil microbiome.
