Valvo Farms Valvo Farms is a small family farm in Western New York where we are slowly building a life centered around animals, hard work, good food, and community. What started as a simple dream is gradually growing into a diverse homestead filled with chickens, ducks, turkeys, peafowl, goats, pigs, emus, sheep, and one very loved old donkey who still keeps watch over the farm. Every animal here has its own personality and place within the story of our farm. Right now, we are preparing our gardens for planting and focusing on offering fresh eggs and pork products from our first pigs through local farm markets and GrownBy. At Valvo Farms, we believe in growing slowly and intentionally. We value honest food, humane animal care, and the importance of creating a peaceful place connected to nature. We may still be in the early stages, but we believe in creating something meaningful one season at a time. As the farm continues to grow, we hope to expand into larger gardens, handmade goods, educational opportunities, and wellness-focused experiences that bring people together and reconnect them with rural life.
