We freshly mill our whole grains on-site in small batches day-of pickup, ensuring maximum freshness and quality while preserving the natural oils and nutrients for a superior product. Fresh milled flour with no added preservatives or processing has a fridge life of a week or shelf life of three days. It is also slightly coarser than store bought flour.
