We’ll return baking bread soon come festival and market season! It’s not far off now, and we’ve got plenty of seed-starting, plant care, and transplanting to keep us busy in the meantime.

We mill organic wheat berries fresh, day-of each bake, and add a touch of raw, local, humanely harvested honey. Baked on thick chamotte brick stones, our bread is light, airy, and full of nutritious, fermented flavor.
Sourdough is naturally fermented and every slice is packed with vitamins, prebiotics, and probiotics. Perfect for toasting at breakfast, making sandwiches for lunch, or enjoying alongside your favorite soup at dinner.
We source our ingredients locally and organically, supporting both our community and the environment.
