These are freedom ranger Hybrid chickens that have been hatchery bred and hatched, raised, and processed on the farm. They are a fast growing large bodied bird bred to do well on pasture. Their body size is much more comparable to a grocery store chicken (think lots of breast meat) but with a more exceptional flavor and color than with a standard hybrid chicken. These chickens can be cooked in all your standard chicken recipes and require less time and attention in the kitchen.
