Dill is a feathery, delicate herb that pairs especially well with fish, eggs, and in salads like chicken and egg salad, as well as in green salads. Dill is a key ingredient in Tzatziki Sauce and homemade Ranch dips and dressings. When used in cooking add fresh Dill at the end of cooking to preserve the vibrant, fresh flavor.
