12" round bowl shaped planter with Bloody Mary Mix nasturtiums. Dark blue-green to medium-green foliage with brilliant, single, 2" flowers in shades of dark red, coral red, cream, and unique bicolors. This mix is generally compact, but contains both mounding and trailing types. Nasturtiums are great companion plants. Both the leaves and flowers are edible, and have a slightly spicy taste. Nasturtiums prefer cooler temperatures of spring and summer. They can get leggy in the heat of summer, but will often carry on. The plants will tolerate partial shade and are happy as an understory planting below other crops like tomatoes.
