Bluebird Sky Farmstead is a regenerative livestock operation in southwest Longmont. Danny and Annaliese are owners and operators who run pastured pigs, layer hens, layer ducks, and a variety of meat birds too. Bluebird Sky Farmstead's main focus is building the soil on their windy 30 acres, because good soil means nutritious food (for the animals and ourselves). They also make sure to have plenty of varieties of chickens, which results in many different colored eggs! Variety is the spice of life after all. This egg share is meant for a family of 1-2 and you will receive 12 eggs/week. These eggs have been washed, so please keep them refrigerated. They stay fresh for up to 2 months, but there are quick tests you can do at home (and find on YouTube) if you ever wish to test egg freshness.
