This share is great for households/groups of 3-4 people that regularly eat vegetables often as main dishes throughout the entire week or two people who are committed to eating and possibly putting some up via freezing, drying or canning. We also highly encourage folks to share any "excess" amongst friends, family and neighbors and/or to host regular group meals. One of the coolest powers of CSA is sharing with community.
