Our sixteenth beef share is the perfect opportunity if you have been interested in buying local grass-fed and grass-finished beef but don’t have an additional freezer. All our sixteenth cow shares are 38 pounds and come with the cuts listed below. At Sugar Hill Farmstead, we age all our beef for at least 14 days giving you the highest quality and best-tasting beef available on the Big Island. All our cows are grass-fed as well as grass-finished. There is no supplemental feed, antibiotics, or growth hormones ever used. Pastures are never sprayed either.
