Guided by meditation teacher Anita Dickinson of Enter Zen Here, this experience weaves contemplative practice with the living environment of the farm—inviting a deeper sense of connection, presence, and attunement.
The day will include extended periods of noble silence, allowing you to settle beyond habitual patterns of thought and reconnect with your sensory experience. We will meditate in various spaces across the farm—among fields, animals, and greenhouse environments—learning to attune not only inwardly, but to the rhythms of the natural world.
This retreat is open to both experienced meditators and those sincerely curious to explore a deeper practice.
We will close the day by gently transitioning out of silence into a shared integration circle, followed by a communal meal.
Meal included, prepared with love and honorably harvested from the farm.
