Broad Breasted Whites (BBW's) are your typical fast growing birds that you get in the grocery store, although ours are raised with lots of love on rotated pastures as part of our regenerative pasture management plan. These birds are less expensive because they only take about 5 months to grow to nice butcher weight. They are also easier to cook and make a great thanksgiving choice.
