Your purchase supports an independent, female-owned business. Over the course of the season, you will sample many of these varieties: Shiitake, Blue Oyster, Yellow Oyster, Chestnut, Lion's Mane, King Trumpets, Black Pearl, and Pioppino Your mushrooms will arrive in a paper bag, the ideal way to store them. The good news is that by storing them in a paper bag, they have a long shelf life. And if you forget about them and discover they have dried? No problem- you now have dried mushrooms!
