To get the best value for grassfed beef, commit to purchasing a half cow. After we receive your deposit, we will contact you to schedule processing for your beef. Typically you can expect your beef to be delivered within a month. Meat will be delivered frozen in vacuum sealed packaging. By committing to a half cow, you are entitled to choose exactly how your meat is butchered. We will help walk you through these decisions to make sure you're fully informed and satisfied with your choices. Half-cows are priced based on the hanging carcass weight of the animal. Hanging weights typically range from 300–350 lb. We charge $6/lb, with your $200 deposit credited to the final purchase price. If you cannot pick up your meat at our farm, we are able to offer delivery to most of New York for an additional fee.
