We raise grassfed beef cattle on the northern tip of Otsego Lake in Cooperstown, New York.
Our cows are 100% grassfed and moved to new pastures regularly in a rotational grazing system that supports their health and the health of our soil.
We offer a few different ways to buy our beef. All orders can be picked up at the farm or delivered to local addresses by appointment. Beef orders can also be shipped to any address in the Northeast U.S. Sauce orders can be shipped anywhere in the continental U.S.
