These Phoenix Oyster variety of Mushrooms are grown directly on our farm in Equality, AL. Phoenix Oysters are very similar to Blue Oyster in flavor, but tend to be more tender and brittle when cooked. We recommend storing them in the refrigerator in a ventilated container or box for the best shelf life, usually 5-7 days. We always recommend cooking mushrooms before consumption.
