Example: 20lb Beef and Chicken box splits weight evenly: 10lbs beef broken down proportionally and 10lbs whole and parts chicken. (Chickens are always whole, or, cut up wholes). We don't guarantee specific cuts, but you'll receive a balanced variety similar to a whole animal share.
