We create several varieties of cookies made primarily from organic ingredients. The organic, heritage flour is stone-ground to order for us when we request it, and is grown and milled in our area. Some of the varieties available are a Triple Chocolate Chip in a heritage Sonora White flour base, Rye Walnut Dark Chocolate Chip, Oatmeal Raisin, and Molasses. Occasional options include walnut shortbread sandwich cookies, Chocolate Crinkles, Snickerdoodles, Sourdough Chocolate Chip, Ranger cookies, and Orange Cranberry Dark Chocolate.
