We use locally grown and milled, organic, heritage grain to create our baked goods. Bread is baked to order, with 2-3 days advanced notice requested. Each loaf typically varies from 1.5 -2#, so paying in the bakery is best. You can request a size preference, and I'll do my best to comply. I can make a variety of flavors from simple bolted wheat (slightly sifted) to whole wheat, cheese, seed, fruit, chili, dill, and many others. Let me know if you have a preference!
