How Our Shares Work:
We butcher on a rolling basis, typically processing two beefs per month. When you reserve a share, you aren’t just buying meat; you are securing a harvest date for a premium animal raised with care.
What You Get:
Whole Beef- Roughly 400 lbs of beef for your freezer.
Half Beef- Roughly 200 lbs of beef for your freezer.
Fully Customizable: You don't just get a "standard" box. Once you reserve your share, we will provide a custom cut sheet. You decide how thick you want your steaks, what roasts you prefer, and how much ground beef you need!

If the listing shows "Out of Stock," we are fully booked for the current month. Please message us to get on the waitlist for the following month!
The $500 deposit secures your spot (the deposit is the same for a half or whole). Final price is $5.50 per pound based on the hanging weight and will be settled prior to pickup. For a whole beef, you can expect to pay around $4,000 total.
To streamline the process, we pay the processing fees and transportation to/from the butcher.
FAQ:
-How much freezer space do I need?
For a whole, I typically suggest having a 15-20 cubic feet large chest freezer.
-How long can I expect to wait for my beef after making the deposit?
We try to commit to a 3 week turn-around, but this does depend on the time of the month the order is placed, butcher availability, and how long the meat "hangs". We do AT LEAST a 14 day hang for beef, and can extend that to 21 days upon request. Rest assured- you will be kept in the loop throughout the process.
