Christina has been producing beef since 1997. She is a strong supporter of grassfed and grass finished beef. Producing both finished beef and the premium rose veal from pasture raised young beef. She also produces pastured pork that is corn free, soy free, and wheat free. The chickens, layers, and other animals are also (CSF). We have followed the standards set by the organic certifying agencies since 2004, and the American Grassfed standards since 2009. The additional commitment to being corn free, soy free, and wheat free is not about being trendy, but understanding the effects it has on the body, and working away from that. We believe in safe food for folks who want or need cleaner raised food.
