Kombucha is a fermented, lightly effervescent drink that is commonly consumed for its purported health benefits. Our family recipe is unique because it is fermented with guayusa. Our recipe does NOT contain green or black tea. We flavor our kombucha with dried herbs and spices and raw sugar. Each batch takes a minimum of 2 weeks to produce. Our family enjoys drinking kombucha after a long run or a hard day on the farm!
