Reserve your Whole or Half Pasture-Raised Hog for the October 2024 harvest from Oregon Meat Co. and experience the unparalleled taste of high-quality pork. Our pigs are not only pasture-raised but are also fed a corn and soy-free diet, enhancing both their health and the flavor of the meat. Choose from a whole hog priced at $6.25 per pound or a half hog at $6.50 per pound, based on hanging weight. Pricing and Processing Details: Whole Hog Price: $6.25/lb based on hanging weight. Half Hog Price: $6.50/lb based on hanging weight. Kill Fee: Approximately $70. Cut and Wrap Fee: $0.70/lb based on hanging weight. Curing/Smoking Fee: $1.50/lb, dependent on the selected cuts. Processing and Pickup: After butchering, we will provide you with the hanging weight of your hog and send an invoice for the remaining balance. The processing takes about 2-3 weeks, after which we will notify you when your pork is ready for pickup. Payment for processing will be included on your invoice. Deposits and Booking: Please note that deposits are non-refundable. We are currently accepting deposits for our October 2024 pork harvest.
