Offbeet Farm grows primarily storage vegetables sold during the winter to the Fairbanks area. We offer a winter-only CSA, sell at winter farmers markets, and sell to some local stores such as The Roaming Root Cellar. Offbeet Farm is not certified-organic, but farms without pesticides, herbicides, or synthetic fertilizers.
