Offbeet Farm grows primarily storage vegetables sold during the winter to the Fairbanks area. We offer a winter-only CSA, sell at winter farmers markets, and sell to some local stores such as The Roaming Root Cellar. Offbeet Farm is not certified-organic, but farms without pesticides, herbicides, or synthetic fertilizers. We also partner with two fisher friends in Cordova, Alaska to offer fresh Prince William Sound seafood to Fairbanks via the Offbeet Seafood Collaborative!
