Description
This sandwich style loaf is made with 30% rye flour and has caraway seeds sprinkled throughout. It makes a great Ruben! The pan is oiled with olive oil, which creates a delicious crust. I love this bread toasted and smeared with honey for a morning treat with my coffee. Ingredients: Bread flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), Rye Flour, Water, Sourdough Starter (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid, water), Caraway Seeds, Salt. *Contains Wheat Store in an unsealed plastic bag, beeswax wrap or cloth bag. Store in fridge to maintain shelf life. Freezes well. All bread is made in a home kitchen that has not been inspected by the Michigan Department of Agriculture and Rural Development.
