A breakfast staple. Delicious toasted with butter or used as French toast. We soak our raisins in tea from Wayward Tea, a fellow Calumet market vendor, which adds a subtle hint of spice. This bread is baked in a loaf pan.
Ingredients: Bread flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), Hard Red Wheat Flour, Water, Sourdough Starter (bread flour, water), Cinnamon, Raisins (raisins, black tea w/ spices), Butter, Brown Sugar, Sea Salt, Vanilla.

Store in an unsealed plastic bag, beeswax wrap or cloth bag to keep fresh for several days. Store in fridge to maintain shelf life. Freezes well.
