This sourdough is made with half stone ground hard red wheat flour grown and milled in Lodi, WI. Its still has a soft crumb, but is hearty with a more robust flavor due to the full flavor you get from the stone milled wheat.
This bread is great for toasting and dipping in oil & herbs.

Store in an unsealed plastic bag, beeswax wrap or cloth bag to keep fresh for several days. Store in fridge to maintain a longer shelf life. Freezes well.
