Description
This sourdough is made with half stone ground hard red wheat flour grown and milled in Lodi, WI. Its still has a soft crumb, but is hearty with a more robust flavor due to the full flavor you get from the stone milled wheat. This bread is great for toasting and dipping in oil & herbs. Ingredients: Bread flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), Stone Ground Hard Red Wheat Flour, Water, Sourdough Starter (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid, water), Salt. *Contains Wheat Store in an unsealed plastic bag, beeswax wrap or cloth bag to keep fresh for several days. Store in fridge to maintain a longer shelf life. Freezes well. All bread is made in a home kitchen that has not been inspected by the Michigan Department of Agriculture and Rural Development.
