Every other week you will get a specialty sourdough loaf tucked into your produce share. You can expect to see our turmeric/chia/pumpkin flax seed, 30% rye with caraway seeds, 50% whole wheat, mixed seeds/ cherry/pecan and others as we see what is in season. Your loaf will have a label with the ingredients on it. If you have any allergies please let us know in advance and we will not include a loaf that has that ingredient.
Store in an unsealed plastic bag, beeswax wrap or cloth bag to keep fresh for several days. Store in fridge to maintain a longer shelf life. Freezes well.
All bread is made in a home kitchen that has not been inspected by the Michigan Department of Agriculture and Rural Development.
