Ingredients: Bread Flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), Hard Red Wheat Flour, Water, Sourdough starter (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid flour, water), Salt, Garlic (olive oil), Everything Bagel Seasoning (garlic, poppy seed, salt, onion, sesame seed, sunflower oil, natural flavor).

Store in an unsealed plastic bag, beeswax wrap or cloth bag. Store in fridge to maintain freshness. Freezes well.
