We are using redskin potatoes we grew plus a hint of farm grown rosemary and roasting them along side leeks (this summer we will have farm grown leeks)! We add this roasty mix to our standard plain sourdough loaf and you get a pillowy soft crumb with bursts of creamy potato and mild leek flavor. INGREDIENTS: Ingredients: Bread flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), Hard Red Wheat Flour, Water, Sourdough Starter (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid, water), Potatoes, Leeks, Olive Oil, Salt. *Contains Wheat Store in an unsealed plastic bag, beeswax wrap or cloth bag to keep fresh for several days. Store in fridge to maintain a longer shelf life. Freezes well. All bread is made in a home kitchen that has not been inspected by the Michigan Department of Agriculture and Rural Development.
