We love creating and trying out new recipes, but we need people to sample! The sample is free and we appreciate any feedback you have and don't worry if it's critical, that's how we get better!
This week's sample is a new sourdough flavor (mini size for the sample). We will be roasting potatoes we grew last summer and adding in leeks for a hopefully delicious combo.
Ingredients: Bread flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), Hard Red Wheat Flour, Water, Sourdough Starter (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid, water), Potatoes, Leeks, Olive Oil, Salt.

Store in an unsealed plastic bag, beeswax wrap or cloth bag to keep fresh for several days. Store in fridge to maintain a longer shelf life. Freezes well.
All bread is made in a home kitchen that has not been inspected by the Michigan Department of Agriculture and Rural Development.
