This is a larger loaf than our standard plain sourdough and is made with half whole wheat flour. Its still has a soft crumb, but is a little more hearty with a more robust flavor due to the increased whole wheat flour.
This bread is great for toasting and dipping in oil & herbs.
Ingredients: Bread flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), Hard Red Wheat Flour, Water, Sourdough Starter (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid, water), Salt.

Store in an unsealed plastic bag, beeswax wrap or cloth bag to keep fresh for several days. Store in fridge to maintain a longer shelf life. Freezes well.
All bread is made in a home kitchen that has not been inspected by the Michigan Department of Agriculture and Rural Development.
