Everybody's favorite combo, jalapeno cheddar. This bread is great toasted with a little butter. Try using it to make an egg in a hole for a hearty breakfast. Please note, the heat level varies depending on the season. We use our farm grown jalapenos Ingredients: Bread flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), Hard Red Wheat Flour, Water, Sourdough Starter (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid, water), Cheddar Cheese (cultured pasteurized milk, salt, enzymes, annatto), Jalapeno Peppers, Salt. *Contains Wheat, Milk Store in an unsealed plastic bag, beeswax wrap or cloth bag. Store in fridge to maintain longer shelf life. Freezes well. All bread is made in a home kitchen that has not been inspected by the Michigan Department of Agriculture and Rural Development.
