Spring garlic is harvested before the bulb fully forms. It looks like a fat green onion and has a mild, fresh garlic flavour. Use the whole thing - white and pale green parts - in place of regular garlic in any recipe. It has a softer, more delicate flavour.

The farm is run by Kim and Alex Barker/Glazirin, alongside a small but mighty crew. We grow over 40 varieties of produce on just 2 acres of land. We are passionate about growing organic produce for our local community. We also nurture healthy soil, promote biodiversity, reduce our environmental impact, and support local businesses.
