Hi there! We here at Moonlit Livestock Company focus primarily on pasture raised beef. Our animals are rotationally grazed all summer (and as much of the spring and fall that Mother Nature will allow) to provide tender and flavorful beef. We have quarters currently available as well as what we’ve been calling Market Boxes. The market box is 25 lbs of beef, comprising of 10 lbs of ground meat and 15 lbs of assorted steaks, roasts, and hamburger patties. Perfect for small freezers! Since we’re still new and growing, we do not have individual cuts for sale currently.
