Little Way Farm is a regenerative farm ran by the Sroka family in Siler City. Their pigs live, forage, and root in the woods, moving to a new spot once per week. They receive supplemental, non-GMO feed that is NC-grown and milled and 100% traceable. Pork "spare" ribs are spare because they're cut from the ends of baby back ribs. Coming from near the pig's breast bone, they have plentiful meat in between the bones, with great marbling and superb flavor. Our ribs come from healthy, happy, woodland-raised pigs - pigs who receive plenty of Vitamin D, forage for nuts, and spend their lives in the habitat they naturally prefer.
