Little Way Farm is a regenerative farm ran by the Sroka family in Siler City. Their 100% grass-fed, grass-finished beef cattle move twice a day to fresh pasture, following intensive rotational grazing practices. Born, raised, and processed locally in North Carolina. A simple, flavorful option when you want to spend less time in the kitchen. Our 100% grass-fed and grass-finished patties are a delicious, ready-made option for the grill. Simply cook them as is, or add seasonings or your favorite toppings, like cheese. Grass-fed beef is one of the healthiest types of meat you can consume. It's rich in conjugated linoleic acid, vitamin A, B vitamins, and many other essential vitamins and minerals. And it contains a significantly better ratio of omega-6 to omega-3 fatty acids than conventionally raised beef. 3 patties/pkg. This is significantly different than the hundreds of cows you'll find combined into a single pound of ground beef at the grocery store. Quick Tip: Ground beef freezes well!
