Little Way Farm is a regenerative farm ran by the Sroka family in Siler City. Their pigs live, forage, and root in the woods, moving to a new spot once per week. They receive supplemental, non-GMO feed that is NC-grown and milled and 100% traceable. "Naked" bacon - without the harmful additives! This is simply sliced pork belly. No nitrates, no nitrites, and no artificial ingredients. Just the meat from our woodland-raised pigs. You can cook it just like bacon, too - add some salt, pepper, and other preferred seasoning prior to cooking, or "cure" it overnight with sugar and salt.
