Little Way Farm is a regenerative farm ran by the Sroka family in Siler City. Their 100% grass-fed, grass-finished beef cattle move twice a day to fresh pasture, following intensive rotational grazing practices. Born, raised, and processed locally in North Carolina.
An easy way to create flavorful meals all year long.
Rich in collagen, minerals, and amino acids, these beef soup bones create the foundation for an excellent meal.
Simply add the bones to a pot of water or broth along with your favorite vegetables and seasonings. Simmer on the stovetop or slow cooker for several hours, or speed up the process with your pressure cooker. Either way, you'll have delicious, nutritious bone broth that you can sip or use as the base for soups, stews, and sauces.
Bones are the secret ingredient to rice and beans, too. Substitute the broth in place of water for a richer flavor and enhanced nutrition.
These bones come from 100% grass-fed and grass-finished cows, raised with care and ethical practices.
Tip: Want an even richer flavor? Roast the bones before making the broth.
