Little Way Farm is a regenerative farm ran by the Sroka family in Siler City. Their 100% grass-fed, grass-finished beef cattle move twice a day to fresh pasture, following intensive rotational grazing practices. Born, raised, and processed locally in North Carolina. The ultimate roast beef! Also known as Prime Rib, it's the tastiest, juiciest, and one of the most tender cut of beef.
