Best enjoyed as soon as possible, there is nothing like fresh bread! We’ve kept ours on the counter in an air tight container for about 5 days. The bread will last longer if you keep it refrigerated in an air tight container after cutting.
Loafs can be frozen immediately in an air tight container and baked right out of the freezer at 350 for 30-50 mins. It’ll have a crunchier crust this way and taste like freshly baked bread, even after a month or two in the freezer.
