Little Way Farm is a regenerative farm ran by the Sroka family in Siler City. Their 100% grass-fed, grass-finished beef cattle move twice a day to fresh pasture, following intensive rotational grazing practices. Born, raised, and processed locally in North Carolina. Rich in collagen and minerals such as magnesium, neck bones will win you over with their smooth, velvety taste - as long as you take your time cooking them! Neck bones are best when cooked for a few hours, until the meat is falling off the bone. You may even find yourself preferring them to ribs.
